How can I get a factory(Armory,Weaponry,Factory,Ranch,Farm) wilthout buy at player.

I heard from people that we must wait the factory's work 0 from someone's factory.
But i had waited fot 1 weeks. There are no factory drop from that people's factory's work 0.
Before I say sorry to you all. My english is not so good.

Are there any solution or explanation about that for me ?

in my opinion, we should wait empty factory until 160 day xian time, after that the factory will drop,and we must hurry cause hundred people waiting it too
